RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW

All Sales Final: We regret to inform you that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has been damaged during transportation.

We do not offer prepaid labels; Our customers are responsible for returning items if they choose to exchange or request a refund. Please contact us before returning the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
